Cleaning and testing are the first steps in every service to determine a radiator’s condition. It allows us to see the full picture so we can provide a clear and detailed assessment. Our steam bay and testing tank handle everything from small truck radiators to large haul‑truck units. These services are provided as standard whenever you bring a radiator to us.

We have the capacity to provide field services for select equipment. We provided field services for a number of Mesabi® flex core products, along with select Caterpillar units. Please feel free to contact us and see if we can service your equipment.

Rebuilds

Rebuilds can take many different forms, but the main principle stays the same. All old seals are removed; new tubes and cores are replaced where needed. Then the radiator components are thoroughly washed, inspected, and repainted. From there we assemble the radiator, preform our final tests and inspections and ship it back to you.

Working closely with the metallurgical coal industry in BC, we have developed a strong familiarity with mining equipment. Our primary focus is Mesabi® flex core radiators.
